Business incentives and Cabela’s

Subsidies to individual businesses – in the form of tax abatement, infrastructure, TIF – are usually bad for the business of the city, may be good for the business recipient, but perhaps not…

We have come to the conclusion that the places that are most likely to offer incentives are the places we are least likely to want to build
